Will the line sound crackly?
Far from it! With a ReVoIP system you will get clearer calls more of the time. The quality should be better than your old system and in a different league altogether from any mobile call.

Is it reliable?
See for yourself, you’ll be surprised. It’s should as reliable as your current system if not more. The only difference you’ll notice will be better quality and smaller bills!

Is this a stupid question?
No question you have is too simple, stupid or basic. We’ve had them all, please just pick up the phone (or open your email) and ask away. If you want to know then we want to tell you in simple English.

Is it easy to set up?
Yep, we are happy to talk you through it. We can even come and do it for you. If you can plug in a lamp then you can install the phones, if you can’t plug in a lamp then we can do that for you too if you like!

How long is the contract?
Contracts are generally 12 months to help us cover the costs of setting up your connection. If that’s a massive problem then just let us know – we are here to make your old rigid phone system more flexible in every way.

Can I bring my number with me?
Yep numbers from most UK networks can be ported to ReVoIP with no real effort needed by you – just ask and we’ll do it for you in no time. There isn’t any need for down time while the system changes over either – we will run both systems at the same time, when your old phones stop ringing the new ones sitting next to them will start. Then you can take the old nasty system out and bin it!

Can I have a new number?
Yep, of course. You can even be in the UK and have a German number (or any other countries number for that matter). Likewise you can have a London number and be in Scottish highlands.

Do I need super fast internet?
Nope, we will be happy to come and test your connection but with internet speeds these days we normally find that you’re ready to go.

Do I need to be a geek to make it work?
Nope, we’ve employed the Geeks for you. That way you can concentrate on your business and be happy in the knowledge that our geeks are saving you money!

What happens if I change my mind?
I’m sure you would never want to but if for whatever reason you did then you’re free to end the agreement in the first 30 days and only be charged for what you use.

How much will this cost to set up?
Less that you think I’m sure. We are happy to come and visit you onsite to see your requirements and assess the cost of installation but we are talking in the region of £99 per handset for an all singing, all dancing, easy to use system. You’ll have covered that cost in no time!

Can I call any phone anywhere?
Yep, land line or mobile, call who you like, when you like, wherever they are. You’ll always be safe in the knowledge that the call won’t be costing you the earth!

Do I need to know what a SIP, USB or MAC address is?
Nope, we are here to make saving money as easy as possible for every user. We take care of these things so you don’t have to. If you want to know we will explain; if you don’t then we won’t bother! We’ll leave you to get on with what you do best!

What about my answer machine?
Every phone has a voicemail account; you can pick this up wherever you are!

Is there any hidden cost?
Nope, cheap line rental, low call costs, better quality and nothing else! Everyone’s a winner (apart from your old, rigid provider).

Do I need to be a genius or a detective to work out my bill?
Nope, it’s very simple. You will get billed a fixed amount per month for the line rental then at the end of the quarter you will be billed for the calls – simple. You can request an up to date, itemised copy of your bill at any time. We will also email you a copy of you bill every month.

Could my 99 year old Gran use it?
Yep, she’ll be calling up her long lost cousin in Brazil for hours on end for peanuts. If she can use that phone she’s had for years, then she can use one of ours.

What happens if I move House?
Unlike your current system you won’t have to wait for a new number or for a new system to be installed. As soon as you have the internet (you can even use someone else’s wireless), then your phone will work on your old number, even if you have moved to a different area code. If you want a new number then that’s fine too, just ask.

How will I be able to FAX?
Yep, we can set that up for you. There are also new and easy to use ways to fax over email. That way you can send a receive faxes anywhere in the world. If you like your fax the way it is then we can leave it that way.

I can take my phone on business with me, how’s that work?
You can take your business phone with you if you’re working at home or away with business, hook it up to the internet and it will work as it always would. Still answer the phone, call people on their extension number, and even have calls put through by reception as if you were in the next room. If you don’t want to take the handset with you, then we have a cool laptop addition that you can use, it’s easier to use than it may sound and still great quality.

What happens if we move office?
Companies grow and move office. As soon as you have the internet, you will have your phone system back up and running – the same number with the same great quality. No more letting customers down or having to update expensive marketing material.
